Yes, they are quick…healthy (all in how you fix them), and slightly akin to eating baby food!!! LOL! πŸ˜‚

After being in Brazil, you get to know these bowls pretty well! I think I have finally gotten my recipe somewhat perfected. Here it is, I hope you like it! 

 

The Best Acai Bowl Recipe:

Serving Size: 2

Acai Bowl Ingredients:

2 Sambazon Acai Smoothie Packs (Unsweetened)

1 Banana

1 cup Strawberries/Blueberries/Raspberries

1 cup Coconut Water

1/2 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)

1 tablespoon Maca (optional)

3 tablespoons Flaxseeds (optional)

Acai Bowl Toppings:

1/2 cup Granola

1/2 Banana (slices)

1/4 cup Quartered Strawberries or Blueberries

1/4 cup Shredded Coconut

1 tbsp. Agave Nectar or Raw Honey

Acai Bowl Directions:

Break frozen acai up into chunks and place in blender.

Add other Acai Bowl Ingredients in this order:

1 banana

1 cup (strawberries/blueberries/raspberries)

1 cup Coconut Water

1/2 cup Almond Milk

Blend until smooth.

Add Toppings in this order:

Granola

Banana Slices

Quartered Strawberries or Blueberries

Shredded Coconut

Drizzle with Agave Nectar or Raw Honey

Tropical Smoothie Bowl Recipe

A Smoothie Bowl that’s dairy-free, gluten-free, full of protein and fresh fruit and totally delicious. Satisfying and easy!

Ingredients

1 cup frozen tropical fruit (strawberries, pineapple & mango mix)

Β½ of a frozen banana

6 ounces soft tofu (I used half of a 12 ounce box of tofu)

honey or agave to sweeten, I used about 1 Tbsp.

Β½ cup Vanilla CashewMilk

sliced fruit for topping, such as strawberries, kiwi, peaches & blueberries

sliced almonds, shredded coconut & chia seeds, for topping

Instructions
Blend frozen fruit, tofu, honey and CashewMilk in a good blender. Taste and add sweetener and more CashewMilk if needed.
